1. Adding the Vaid ICS App

This is a step-by-step guide for users to add the Vaids ICS app.

  1. Log in to your Google Play Store account.
  2. Search for the "Vaids ICS" app.
  3. Click "Add" to install the app.
  4. Vaid ICS Application will be added to your mobile phone.

2. Usage

Login & Enrollment Features

Students can log in using their mobile number and OTP to access their courses. This feature is only available for the students who are enrolled in the offline coaching institute in Delhi, their details are manually uploaded by the admin in backend into the specific course or batch. Only students who have been added by the admin will be able to attend the classes and view class details.

Feature 1: Course Enrollment and View

The students can see only the courses he is enrolled in,So that I can view my active courses. Schedule meetings directly through Vaids ICS.

Ensure your Zoom account is active and linked to Vaids ICS.

Feature 2: Bookmarking Courses

The student can bookmark courses I am interested in, So that I can easily access them later.

Feature 3: Live Classes

Students can view ongoing live classes for their enrolled courses. This helps ensure they can join the sessions when they become active.

Feature 4: Join Classes

Students can join live Zoom classes directly through the Vaids ICS app using the Zoom SDK. This allows seamless participation without leaving the app.

How to Join a Class:

  1. When a class becomes active, a “Join Meeting” button will appear.
  2. Click the “Join Meeting” button to enter the live session directly through the app.

Requesting to Join a Class:

  • If approval is required, students can send a meeting join request to the admin.
  • Once the admin approves the request, students can access the class.

This ensures a smooth process for joining and participating in live classes within the Vaids ICS app.

Feature 5 : In-Class Features

  • Students can see when new users join the class, with their microphones automatically muted. This helps keep the class organized and quiet.
  • Students can use the text chat feature to ask questions or share comments without interrupting the class flow.
  • Students can raise their hand virtually to signal they have a question or want to contribute.
  • Instructors can mute or unmute students and manage participant settings to maintain an orderly class environment.
  • Instructors can share files through Zoom chat to provide students with class resources.
  • Students and instructors can choose a virtual background to create a professional or fun atmosphere.
  • Instructors can share their screen to present slides, documents, or demonstrations during class.
  • Students and instructors can use high-quality video and audio to interact effectively throughout the session

Feature 6 : Dashboard and Course Management

  • Students can view a dashboard displaying their enrolled classes. This makes it easy to access courses and manage their learning path.
  • Students can browse all available courses on the platform, allowing them to explore and enroll in new courses.
  • Students can contact Vaid ICS via phone or Skype when viewing a course, making it convenient to inquire about enrolling in offline courses.

Feature 7 : Free Library and Resources

Students can access free materials and classes available in the library, allowing them to view content without needing enrollment.

  • Students can watch videos from toppers to learn from their experiences and insights through the Toppers Talk feature.
  • Students can view static content and images related to current affairs and recommended books, helping them stay updated and access relevant study resources.

Feature 8 :Support and Interaction

Students can connect with the sales team via "Talk to Us," enabling them to get assistance with course enrollment and inquiries.

Students can share the app with others via WhatsApp, Instagram, or social media, allowing them to promote the platform to friends and family.

Feature 9: Profile Management

Students can view and update their profile picture, mobile number, email, and zip code, ensuring their details are always up to date.

Feature 10 : Delete Account

Students can delete their account from the profile page, allowing them to remove their information from the system if needed.

3. Removing the App (Required)

Students i.e users have the access to uninstall the app but they dont have permission to remove the zoom.

Implications of Removal:

  • Removing the app will revoke its access to your Zoom account.
  • User data associated with the integration will be deleted according to our data policy.
