Vaids ICS is a premier institute for Civil Services Preparation in the country. The institute started in 1985 by Vaid Sir and since then it has seen an exponential growth towards the horizon with which it has become the reason of success for thousands of students. As part of the journey, the institution has also gifted many Civil Services coaching mentors like X, Y, Z, etc. to the country.

Presently the Institute specializes in Anthropology and General Studies and engages with the students at different platforms and with different methodologies, which range from Direct Classroom Coaching, Postal Guidance, Test Guidance Program, Blogs & Video Lectures. Other than this, Vaid Sir is the most experienced mentor in the country for Civil Services Preparation and Anthropology, who is available for guiding students from 9 am to 9 pm with utmost dedication. A final word and one of the major philosophies, we believe in one thing, If you want to know about us, don’t ask us, rather ask our students.

N.K. Vaid

Naresh Kumar Vaid often called as ‘Vaid Sir’ is not only the Director of Vaids ICS but also the senior most expert in the country for civil services guidance. He is a renowned Anthropologist and has many books, journals, and articles under his name. In the words of one of the greatest Anthropologists of the country, late Prof B.K. Roy Burman, ‘He is the promoter of Anthropology!’ He has been working passionately and relentlessly for the guidance of students preparing for Civil Services since 1984 and is the coach of many of the jewels of the nation today. Late Dr. M P Srivastava

Dr. M.P. Srivastava is the student of L.P. Vidyarthi, The Legend and is a Ph.D. in Social Anthropology from Ranchi University. He has been teaching the discipline of Anthropology since more than 30 years. He has the distinction of teaching management students, training NGO workers and has even been the trainer and guide to policymakers. He has contributed several research papers in journals of repute.
